Let's face it. A lot of coaches and consultants are uncomfortable with sales. You avoid it. You want to provide the service you provide but you'd love it if someone else would sell it. You feel uncomfortable about talking about money and what you charge. You don't charge enough for the value you deliver. You may even expect clients to magically fall in your lap (and they sometimes do!). But selling can be natural. It's a contribution to someone. They will get relief if you're listening effectively to their concerns. You need to learn to get out of your own way so you can expand their practice and their contribution to others.
In this course, I share best practices to grow your service business with an emphasis of learning to do it naturally and authentically while owning your expertise. You may not learn to love sales like I do, but at least you'll get some space around it so you'll open your mouth, share the value of what you do and learn to practice some approaches to start becoming more comfortable.

This is an 8 week live on Zoom class limited to 12 participants.
Week 1: Explore and potentially alter your mindset around sales to one that is authentic and inspires you. Week 2: Learn and practice requesting referrals to expand your contribution and business. Week 3: Learn how to listen deeply to potential clients' vision, goals, concerns, obstacles and challenges so they feel heard and understood. Week 4: Explore the design of an effective sales conversation and the two critical keys that often get missed. Expand and deepen your listening of potential clients so that you can clearly see how you can help them. Week 5: Practice owning your value and speaking how you can help clients that will address clients' concerns and forward their vision. Week 6: Learn to leverage two key tools to grow your business: requests and promises. Week 7: Explore and expand your effectiveness in pricing your services and learn to avoid common pitfalls in pricing. Week 8: How to create effective proposals that inspire potential clients to move forward and take action.
